    Seriously. We'll talk to her on the phone and otherwise do whatever it takes to convince her. I came to my first Icrontic Expo at 16!

    I could probably come with Rob if that would make your Mom feel better. (I'm a certified teacher, if that helps?) But 15 is kind of young to be attending an event far away by yourself, I understand why your parents are being cautious. If you're going to attend a random event with people from the internet, though, there's no safer one you could come to.

    You also won't be the only 15 year old there. Rexxar is 15 as well and this will be his second EPIC. Of course, he has to deal with me as his parental supervision.

    Laura and I will (probably) be driving from seattle, but we'll be doing it more for a vacation (so it'll take us several days). If someone wants a pickup on the last day (Cedar Rapids-ish -> Detroit), we may have space for a passenger.
