I know they aren't final, but it looks like I'll be able to tank or dps in a single spec (2 gear sets of course), allowing me to build a resto set and 2nd spec to dps, heal, or tank.

Now instead of missing one tank talent (and no dps talents), I have all tank and dps talents.
