how do i get the screen to open at full size, know there is a free program that fixes this but have forgotton the name

    I think what OP is asking is how to open all programs maximized.

    Open program then maximize it, if it's an older program use alt+enter to full screen it. There probably is some other program someone has made to full screen things automatically but it's pretty easy to do manually so why bother.
