    Of course. This will obviously have to go all the way up to and through the Supreme Court before we'll hear the end of it.

    Until that, consider every DVD, CD, and BluRay in my house ripped as of today.

    Win. Of course Apple will appeal the decision, since it weakens its customer stranglehold. The RIAA and MPAA will have to come up with another angle to unconstitutionally sue their customers, probably by citing some arcane law that prohibits social commentary on the third Tuesday of each month during a full moon. But this ruling severely slows the lawsuit machines that had been steamrolling the public.
