    This is by far the only thing I've heard of that would risk me getting groped by airport security on the way out of Texas. Alas, baby and fund limitations - but hey, can't wait to hear how everything goes down!

    BTW, this is an official Icrontic event. IC members who have been to ICHQ before are welcome to make a weekend of it; consider this a replacement for Decemberween :D

    Hmm... I initially RSVP'd maybe. But since I'm already taking the day off (seeing the opening at midnight on Thursday), I think I'm going to have to come back with a resounding "IN!".

    I need a team to join. I have an Android phone and a fast car.

    Ryan has a minivan, you should ALL want to be on his team. Would be tough to have four people couped up in a 2-door all day.

    Bump for a question:

    I feel like if I had announced this as "Icrontic Decemberween 2010" and left it at that (drinking! spilling stuff at ICHQ! Debauchery!) I would have bigger response...

    I'm actually pretty sad about the lack of response so far. I thought this would be something exciting and different and a riot to participate in, but the lack of enthusiasm is getting me down.

    What can I do to help bring up the excitement? Do you guys need more help organizing teams? More info?

    I mean, this is an official Icrontic event. This is replacing Decemberween this year. The whole weekend is available for you guys to hang out and party... It's just a name change and an additional activity on Friday...

    You have no response because most people have to work during the scavenger hunt and both movie showtimes.

    If it were a Saturday, I'd bet on a better turnout.

    I think that's part of it. Even though I have a job where I can potentially leave early for something, I just never know when things are going to hit the fan.

    Also, that's my house Christmas party that day.... which apparently you will not be coming to :(
