Comand promt

we reciantly got school minis but the issue is that they have novell a bitch of a program and with that it blocks command prompt and do the fact that i'm a "kid/ student" im not an admin so i'm looking for a good secret proxy website and how to assess command i can get registry editor to open though if that helps

    Might I suggest starting with spelling, then move on to grammar.
