How do you shrink a user profile in windows 7?

64 bit flavor. My user profile is 56gb.... I used to clear out my temp folder on xp pro and it would do the trick but now, it only had 980mb. I wouldn't really care but it feels like it takes forever to log on and then when I start WoW it takes a good 45 seconds. It used to take 5 seconds :mean:

You could use a program like WinDirStat to see which folders are taking up all that space. Also, Windows 7 has the same disk cleanup like XP has.

And finally, show your face around here every now and then, stranger!
