I will also say that you should definitely make gmail accounts on your phone, and not use the phone only option - all of those contacts that I mistakenly made have been lost. Thankfully, only about 10% of my contacts were made in this way.

Thrax, you'll want to pay special attention while rooting his Nook.

LG's don't nearly have the same level of hacking community, and the tools are not available in the same capacity as they are for other devices.
SGS and HTC devices are thoroughly hackable with little to no risk.
1) Very few phones.
2) No community.
3) Crappy tools.
You ok with doing Friends (not present) phone? Both he and I understand and agree to the terms expressed and the risks involved.
My buddy ended up getting an Infuse, so just an FYI I will only be having the G2 worked on.
I had an issue with the gps not locking in when I looked at maps, but I was able to fix it after a short google search to these threads:
