    Tracey and I talked about tabs today; she'll definitely be running daily tabs for everybody, using the high-tech system of 3x5 cards with the person's name on it.

    heaven forbid one of the nerds here writes a quick program to keep track of all of that stuff.

    Cards would almost certainly be simpler than a program to keep track of that sort of thing.

    What would likely be easiest is if we provided Tracey with a set of cards w/ name and picture on them already.

    No need. The company I work for writes expo tracking & POS software. I don't think it would take much to edit it to Epic's needs. Not in a week though, maybe next year.

    I don't have an easy way to get you a menu... It's on a chalkboard.

    I mean, it's sandwiches. Almost anything you'd find at any indie coffee shop.
