Please answer the questions below so we can help you (If you do not know the answer, just say I don't know):

    1. Do you have any other firewall software installed?

    2. Did you use this tool Norton Removal Tool when you uninstalled Norton?

    3. Do you have a router? If so, what make and model?

    4. Has playing CS:S ever worked on this computer, if so when did it work last?

Dude, you need to chill. We're doing our best to help you, and you're not even answering the questions. Look at pirateninja's post above yours. Did you answer those questions? No. You ignored them and just keep spamming "help me". Slow down, man! It's just Counterstrike!

    Try downloading and running this:
    ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe
When it is done it will likely ask you to reboot...do so.

    After that:
    1. Uninstall Counter Strike Source
    2. Reinstall Counter Strike Source
(If you don't know how to do this, say so)

Then give it a try, it should work. Either way, please let us know.

    Good luck!

Just to make sure you saw this:
    Try downloading and running this:

When it is done it will likely ask you to reboot...do so.

    After that:
    1. Uninstall Counter Strike Source
    2. Reinstall Counter Strike Source
(If you don't know how to do this, say so)

It is OK to disable the Windows firewall.
I think you might be behind a router and you just do not know it.

YES, I think it will work but I can not possibly be sure.

One thing I AM sure about is that anything in this world is better than giving up, especially when it comes to doing something you love.

It uninstalls Norton completely to make sure it is not causing any problems.
It is made by Symantec, the same company that makes Norton.

They make it to help uninstall their own software.

    Good luck. God speed.

Even if you tried to the proper way, Norton has issues so it is best to use that tool. A little trust at this point would be helpful, we are trying to help you.

lol I have patience for people who listen to the advice being presented instead of frenetically posting about not playing CSS and how the world is falling apart. My customer support fund ran out.

Be prepared, if a setting in your router was the problem, it still will be.

Are there any computers (Family Member, ect) at your place that can connect to CSS?
