FS: K62 550 + Mobo + PC100/133 RAM

edited February 2004 in Trading Post
Time to clean out the storage!

First off, I've got a K62 550Mhz CPU + compatible motherboard + campatible HSF. The motherboard accepts PC100/133 RAM. I also have the manual for the motherboard (laser printed). -*REMOVED*-

I have a PC100 256MB DIMM. I'll let it go for $15 shipped. *Off the market*

I have a PC133 128MB DIMM. Yours for $10 shipped. *SOLD*

If interested in any of these items, or has any questions, shoot me a PM!

I have one of those boards! Came out of my eMachine, 366mhz Cyrix MII, worst mistake emachine ever made was putting Cyrix chips in their earlier boxes, definitly turned me off of their brand, I had lots of overheating problems.

I have one, 800mhz. They are supposed to be cool but really slow. They are known to have cool CPUs and even have fanless ones.

those might be the newer ones, but the older Cyrix processors, like the one I have (MII) were notorious for overheating

    DOHH!

It's a K62... NOT a Cyrix. Only afdter attempting to take a pic of the processor itself (which I cannot seem to do, as the heatplate reflects too much light) that I remember (after seeing the AMD logo) it's not a Cyrix after all.

    Just an update:

The mobo, CPU, and HSF are back in use. If someone would like to buy one of the sticks of RAM, they are still available... as long as you just want one, cause I now need either the 128MB or 256MB DIMM for the mobo (now running as a Smoothwall firewall).
