Skyrim Tweaks
Which ones are you using? Shaders? .ini tweaks? I haven't played with many yet (mostly because I couldn't be arsed to register on Skyrim Nexus), but did install the settings Thrax posted in the FXAA injector thread.
Nvidia posted a lengthy guide with some handy screenshot comparisons and benchmarks to judge if certain detail settings are worthwhile.

I'm also using one of the sky enhancement mods.
A few other small things that matter to me as well. I haven't used any of the injector mods yet, still waiting for a more comprehensive package to come along, or a good list of .ini tweaks to do it myself.
I have manually fixed broken quests with the SetStage command, but I don't consider that modding. I consider it manual bug fixing.
>use more than 2GB RAM mod
>no more blocky faces (so they look human)
>nude women (just when they take their clothes off. i don't have all the women in Skyrim nekkid lol)
>clean skin (mud wrestlers are cool but, meh. removes the dirt)
>enhanced females (makes the females have some muscle, not barbie toothpicks)
>enhanced skies (STARS, lots of them)
>glowing ore (cause I hate missing ores when I'm in a dungeon)
>inventory mod (categorizes my inventory by weight/value)
>HD map (removes the fog of war)
>no helmet (allows me to see my characters face while still receiving the armor bonus(boots/gauntlets/armor/helm)
and a couple ini tweaks for Crossfire
2. Enhanced Blood Textures
3. Realistic Water Textures
4. Skyrim Enhanced Shaders (UHQ sharpening (sharper preset), rustic palette, high+dynamic saturation)
5. Better smoke/embers
6. Better night sky
7. Better NPC clothing
8. Less blocky faces + less ugly elven faces
9. Flora overhaul
10. 4GB memory addressing hack
And a few others.

set time.scale 1
lifeSkyrim?(I did, however, find one quest that gets a bit broken by the change, but not irreparably so)
