True, but at the levels of damage we're talking about, it doesn't really matter. The Blade of Woe is very powerful at a raw hitpoint level, but man... it holds an agonizingly low number of charges.
Yeah the blade of woe is nice, but I'm going back to my "Kovanga's Little Surprise", a Legendary Daedric that does paralyze. It's just a few less damage, and holds about 30,000,000 charges.
Sometimes it's easier just to quickly look at what blacksmiths are selling. The higher level you are, the more magic items they have. Buying shit just to learn the enchantment—there's no shame in that
Brian - can you detail out your epic blacksmithing a little more? What kind of gear did you enchant to up your skills and how does it affect the item improvement?
That's pretty much what my bow does. It does make the game a bit too easy, but by the time you can craft something like that, it doesn't matter anymore. I can one-shot dragons with that bow.

Indeed. Very frustrating to have to do that mid-fight ... multiple times.
If you guys need me, I'll be in Skyrim!
Oh yes, I will have a bow like this at some point. On that note, it might make the game a little too easy...
