Barton 2500+ and Zalman 7000A-AlCu

I have a Abit NF7-S V2(newest bios), a Barton 2500+ with a Zalman 7000A-AlCu Heatsink. I have not done any overclocking yet. What kind of temps should I be getting with this setup? Average System temp is ~25C. My CPU temp averages around 40C and after running CPUBurn on high priority I get a max of 49C. These CPU temps seem kinda high to me for not OCing and having such a big HSF.

    Fan on the zalman on maximum speed?
    Case ventillation?
