stickey keys

I was playing a game that disabled "sticky keys", thought it was no big deal, but now my browser acts all crazy. I have looked for the menu that enables/disables them but can't find it. Any one know where it is?

You can also make keys act stickier in some ways by playing with keybvoard drivers, depending on keyboard and driver you have running. If you have aborwser that seem to be malfing while entering messages, gettiing too many of one letter too fast, then you might be able to fix by going into device manager and double-clciking the keyboard icon under keyboard (click plus by keyboard to see what to double-click), ask if you need to know how to find device manager, but tell us what Windows you have also, please.
That info and knowing need and what Windows need is for will keep me from writing a book about the diferent ways to get into device manager for different versions of Windows, which would lack immediate relevance but might help someone else reading the thread later-- I get yelled at for that... BUT, threads get more interesting if I DO that....
