My upgrade makes for someone's benefit

I have just upgraded my main system, and now I have some perfectly good, but older parts that need to be vanished.
All reasonable offers will be entertained. I'm not setting hard prices on anything, since most of it is at least 3 years old.
All parts were working as of 8pm EST tonight, which is when I shut it down for good.
1- XFX 680i LGA-776 motherboard
1- Intel Core2Duo E7200 (2.53GHz stock, ran at 3.25 for more than 2 years, never got above 41C thanks to the next item)
1- Thermaltake SpinQ CPU Cooler (ginormous, cage fan, lots of fins, blue LED, really neat-looking)
2- 2x2GB DDR2-800 Dual-Channel RAM (8GB total)
1- Diamond Radeon HD 4670 1GB (can't remember DDR Speed) (Not available until 3/1/12).
Make me offers. As I said, all reasonable ones will be entertained.
I'd prefer local pickup/delivery, particularly for the CPU Cooler, but shipping arrangements can be made. (For reference, I'm in the Flint, MI area).
