Vanilla: First big change ahoy!

Just a heads up that the first big "oh hey what happened" change is coming since our transition to Vanilla. When I push the next set of changes out, the sidebar is moving to the left side, the nav tabs will become left-hand navigation, and profiles will look considerably different. I'll probably roll a few other goodies into it too.

Scheduled for: whenever I have time! :D

    @Lincoln, if you don't want to do user titles, would it be possible to get Sheriff, or Keeper of the Banhammer put next to my Community Leader, Supporter?
