After touring a small Columbus distillery and getting a little background into the startup costs, I'm still kind of impressed that anybody opens one given the amount of capital it takes. The amount of bespoke design that Two James went for (dem bottles, and dat branded every-damn-thing) is even costlier. Those bottles are awesome, though. Anyway, I'm really looking forward to trying the bourbon, and the eaux di vies they're planning in the future.
