Internet Defense League

I opted Icrontic's forum into the Internet Defense League, hence the extra banner at the top today (non-mobile only). I didn't initially because I was concerned about how sparingly they'd use the "Cat Signal". The answer seems to be "very", so I don't mind a day with an extra banner a couple times a year. Obviously the current campaign is against a resurrected CISPA bill.

It'd be nice if it was US only; apologies to our international friends who don't want twice the politics.
