No plans yet, but since last year there are a couple of new hotels much closer than Dearborn. I'm sure rates will be higher than staying out in the suburbs, though if convenience trumps cost, here are some:
There are a lot of good AirBnB options if people have never tried that before. There are a couple apartments available to rent in Midtown - most under $100/night! Might be trying this out for ICSP

Yea, I looked at some of the AirBnB places. I wish one was in Woodbridge!
Joe and I stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment near Mexicantown during ICSP, through Airbnb. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay here, since it's only a 5 minute drive to ICHQ, it's spacious, and very clean (and only around $60/night, depending on day of week). The host (she lives upstairs with her husband and child, but rents out the downstairs 2 bedroom apartment with a private entrance) was super friendly, accommodating and attentive. This would be a great place for some people to share, and definitely recommend as a more affordable and cleaner option than the other hotels nearby. I also heard there is a bus stop nearby, so that's another option for transportation.
I spent 20 hours organizing/cleaning the attic this weekend while Aaron did the same in the carriage house second floor (where a bunch of stuff is moving to).
THERE IS SO MUCH ROOM FOR ACTIVITIES. (like sleeping).
