Optimal trucking: The Story of Western Truck Force
One man started it all. Boss Bowler was a young, reclusive student who fit into the world of Comfy Trucking like custom fit driving gloves. Getting paid to be alone and drive across Europe was a dream for him. For his twenty-third birthday, his uncle Rich gave Bowler a small garage in Verona, Italy. Western Truck Force ( IcrontiSDAQ symbol WTF ) was founded and a European Empire was born. Bowler took on his first Quick Job the same day the garage came into his name.
With every quick job Boss learned more trucking skills, amplifying his next payday. Soon he had built a bankroll of €200,000 allowing him to purchase his own truck, a 700 hp Volvo FH16, and enter the world of the Freight Market. From there he took on the longest, highest paying jobs he could. It only took a handful of runs to profit more than €125,000 allowing Bowler to purchase another truck and hire his first employee, a long time CB buddy named Cameron.
The snowball had begun rolling. Run jobs to build bankroll. Buy and upgrade garages for more space. Buy trucks to hire more drivers. More drivers meant quicker profits allowing more garages, trucks and employees. It was the perfect business model for Boss, "I get to do what I love, deliver awesome loads, pay other drivers to do what they love and make profit for the company to widen our reach."
When WTF hit 4 full garages, Twenty Volvo trucks and twenty drivers, Bowler decided to live his dream of exploring Europe. Discovering new cities meant new opportunities for his drivers. Boss was able to comfy truck across Europe, making money by simply passing time traveling and sleeping. When asked, Bowler estimated he had explored more than 60% of Europe but expects that number to steadily grow as he continues to discover new roads and cities for his drivers.
WTF recently added their 5th garage and hired their twenty-first and twenty-second drivers. If the pattern continues, the snowball of garages, trucks and drivers will grow to many times that. From what Bowler shared of his plans, he has no intent to stop until WTF has explored 100% of Europe and has a garage in every city.

Aw, don't be sad, Comfy Truck. We've all been there...
Here we see the Girafitruck in its natural habitat. It survives by eating only the youngest and most nutritious leaves that only grow at the very top of the trees that grow along suburban streets. As you can see some trees are so tall it must actually lift its front legs up off the ground to reach as high as possible. Quite the feat for an machinamal that weighs almost as much as a blue whale.
They went east with their first expansion so I'd like to see them go west for the next one to cover the rest of Southwestern France and finally get into Spain/Portugal. I played a mod for awhile that also included Northern Africa and that was kinda neat.
