Finished week 3 of C25K. I think I'm going to stop there until I can run outside. My form is horrible on the treadmill and gives me horrible shin splints. I will join you on your moon journey in the spring.
Ugh, completely forgot about this. Went back through my Endomondo logs and added my dataz. Not as impressive of numbers as I would hope. I need to go to the gym more often.
I don't make you look bad by comparison. I am simply doing something that you are not; apples to a water bottle. This all caught me as I was finishing up my casual riding and shifting to real training to push myself and see if I can really reach my goal.

I hurt my back over the weekend and haven't been able to, before that I just forgot to put my miles in cause they weren't very impressive.
I have no time in my schedule for any physical activity aside from sleep :/

Had to switch to biking for a while. Damn cranky knees.
Can we join in with bicycle mileage? cause it's biking season now, I'll be biking a bit in the next few months.
Cycling counts, so does bicycling I think.
Can i use all the miles i ran in iraq from 09-10?? If so i got 1975 miles not including whatever i walked
