So the first step in building ICHQ is creating the family, obviously. Unfortunately, Sims doesn't have a ton of options yet, and there are no dogs. so this is the best I could do.
Did some work and added color. Can't remember what color some parts are exactly (and didn't find them all stalking) so feel free to remind me of all the colors. Sadly, the colors aren't exact, but whaddya gonna do.
Maybe, just maybe, a certain employee with EA has been sneaking tiny snippets of code into the game. Code, where, if someone tries to recreate ICHQ and it's inhabitants, magic happens. Just saying.

The entire house is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise. The sidewalk is where Joe's house would be.
I know, I had to do that to fit the house in.

I still think it's all too big and weirdly proportioned. I may try and rebuild it on a smaller scale in another lot, because I'm crazy.

Ahahahaha. So, the first things our ICHQ Sims did:
Lincoln, Primesuspect, and Cannonfodder all IMMEDIATELY went to their computers. Ryan and Brian actually ran.
Aaron went to the living room to watch TV.
Nicole went to chat with Ryan.
Lincoln decided to join Aaron in the living room to watch TV. They immediately began making out.

Nicole went to bed at 9:30pm. Ahahahahahahaha THIS IS THE BEST
So, right now, most of the family is asleep, and in the correct rooms. The only person who is still awake is Ryan, at his computer.
The ICHQ Sims only moved into their house 6 (Sim) hours ago, but Ryan is already level 3 at video games, and can enter tournaments.

Strangely, the first person in the house to make mac and cheese is Nicole.
