They should, most wireless cards plug into what is now standard sockets on mobo, yes. Best of luck. Still get a B, G, N card then, though, as interference of electronic field kind can mess up wireless and card and router can fall back to slower connect on hookup (when you start computer, card will try to connect to router) if no connect at faster protocol/kind/type of connect.
Again? Man, this is starting to become the geek version of the Chinese calendar. I think next year is the year of "PC gaming is dead", followed by the year of "Console gaming is dead".

I would wear that calendar as a T-shirt. Also, if anyone reading this thread actually read through those instructions to the end and wasn't put off or found yourself re-evaluating your life decisions, you are ready for Linux.
i had red hat linux back in the day...i kinda liked it...that being said, i dont have the energy to learn a new OS these days.
looking at harddrives, does it matter whether it is SATA or SAS?
k thanks.
I was also wondering if it matters whether i use NTFS or FAT32. i know it mattered back when i did a nuke and pave on my old XP system years ago...
Awesomesauce! How do we proceed from here? im not yet sure how to do this, but im looking into prepaid shipping labels and other such solutions for me to send you, so that i can at least pay the postage.

Would like to nominate Ryder for the Spirit of Icrontic badge. He does not seem to ask a lot, but does what some badges embody.
EDIT: I see Ryder has it, though he is not in the recently list for that badge.
Earned it Sept 2007
Something else I thought about @XGPHero , You will need a Hard drive and a copy of Windows.
What about Ubuntu and wine? I am not familiar with how this would impact performance with WoW, but it may be an option.
Yeah, I had thought of that. I think I may have a copy of windows 7 lying around here somewhere.
As for umbuntu and wine...what is that?
Linux, lots of learning with that.
@Straight_Man, didn't you know that 2014 is the Year of the Linux Desktop?

Yes, it matters. You don't want SAS. You should opt for 120/256GB SSD.
k thanks.

NTFS is standard now

Sweet!! @Thrax, Did you have that GPU after all?
I figure between the both of you contributing to this build it should end up looking like this
Yep, I have an AMD Radeon HD 6970. Very good for WoW. Used it for years, still plays it like a champ on ultra quality in raids.
