Joomla Guru Needed for Short-Term Gig

The latest iteration of our website was designed and built on the Joomla CMS. However, I suck at Joomla and don't really have the time to learn it on my own. I need someone to make the changes, then give me a short tutorial on how to make changes going forward. The job pays lucratively. By lucratively, I mean that I have no idea how much to pay, and would rely on you to give me a good project rate.
