I'm sure I killed myself with 6 valid ones because, I jumped into a pit, I exploded in the console, I stood on grenades, I stood on stickies, I shot my feet with rockets, I bashed myself with the boston basher, and I shot myself with the wrangler. Did some of those not count?

If I recall explode/jumping in to a pit were overlap. It was primarily a challenge to kill yourself with 6 different weapons.
But I killed myself with 5 weapons in addition to those ways.
