@Ryder with pho, the pot will be holding just the broth; the rest of the "stuff" in goes in the bowl separately. I think a cauldron should be enough for 30 but as he said... we shall see

Main reason is to assure those who in gets fed. Because I am not sure the "cauldron" I am bringing will be big enough to fed the entire group.
I was going to say.. do you have a pot big enough for 30+ people?

I forgot about that, thanks Prime. 3-4 gallons of just broth will feed a lot of people.
