I'm just throwing this out there: you may want to look to see if there's a wordpress plugin that pulls your recipe into a convenient printable format; I tried to print your hot and sour recipe so I don't get grubby fingerprints all over my phone and it became one page of text and 8 pages of images.

FWIW, in these sort of situations, I've just used devtools in chrome/firefox to delete the images and other unnecessary text. I loathe dedicated recipe sites that don't nicely format their stuff to a single page (e.g. one just had a footer on the next page). In case I'm speaking too techie: F12 opens a dev tools, then you can right-click on a picture, inspect element and it will be selected, you can then press del or right-click and delete. It's a decent interim till Meghann solves it on her side
Great idea! I just dumped a copy/paste into Notepad and printed from there today, but I didn't even think of the dev tools

@GHoosdum there is also an add on for chrome that I use to condense recipes to just the words called Print Friendly& PDF. You can bring up the page and click on items to delete and then print. Works like a charm.
Will be working on my update soon, please let me know how your recipe turns out!
I made your french onion soup today (subbing vegetable stock for beef) and it earned solid marks from the family. That recipe will be a keeper.
Cutting up six onions cleared out the house though. These tears are real.

I'm eating my slightly modified version of your hot and sour soup recipe right now. There might not be any left in the pot when my family gets home...
Random food science fact: listen to the recipe and grate the ginger. I learned the hard way that ginger is way too fibrous to go through the garlic press.
