Menu Planning

The best way for me to ensure that I don't overeat has been to plan my menus weekly, but it was getting too onerous to do every week. So starting for Jan 2010 I am going to plan the menu's for the month. This should also help CB and I cut back on our grocery budget that has crept from ~400/month to >600/month over the last year.

Does anyone else want to share a menu that they have planned or discuss how they plan menus?

    I don't plan out my menus as nicely as you do!

    I have followed some of the ones from Leanne at Saving Dinner and most of them are pretty good.

    I eat roughly the same thing every day. It's easy to plan a menu because it's habit, and it's 100% guaranteed that I'll get the right nutrients day to day.

    I eat anything that's put in front of me, as long as it ain't moving too fast.
