Not a bad idea at all, I like the approach. I think that on a certain level it may also help them gauge the enthusiasm, or lack thereof, with fans of the series and newcomers. It could prove to be beneficial, hopefully we'll get to see how.
Meh, I've been over the AC series since I started dealing with the DRM on AC2. The only way they'll get me interested now is if they re-release everything since AC2 DRM-free.
