Dtp Entertainment today announced that an add-on for Divinity II: Ego Draconis will be coming to PC and Xbox in August.
The new expansion adds about 30 quests, totaling about 30 hours of gameplay, and takes place immediately after the events of Ego Draconis, enabling players to continue the story. Flames of Vengeance adds new twists to the story of the last Dragon, revealing that some of the characters are not who they were pretending to be, launching the Dragon Knight into another deadly conflict.
“In Flames of Vengeance, the player picks up the story of the Dragon Knight and guides him to his ultimate destiny”, said Swen Vincke, Creative Director and CEO of the development team at Larian Studios.
“Along the way several accounts are settled, and the answers to many questions in the Divinity universe revealed. We’ve also taken the opportunity to give the engine a solid overhaul, improving performance and graphics quality along the way.”
