Season Four of the League of Extraordinary Icrontians is here

The League of Extraordinary Icrontians is a scheduled, weekly TF2 game that brings in Icrontians young and old, new and grizzled, to our awesome Team Fortress 2 server for lulz, competition, smack talk, badges, and Good Times™. It runs from January to September of each year, and then we take a three month break for holidays, school, and to recharge our batteries. Every year we make new friends, reignite old friendships, and remember why TF2 is a significant cornerstone of our community.

2014 represents our fourth year of League play. You don’t have to do anything to join the League other than to show up and play.

The server holds 24 slots and tends to fill up fast on League nights. “Make room for me” kick privileges are reserved for those who have contributed money to the server (i.e. those who hold the coveted Team Captain badge). If you don’t have the badge and the server is full, even if you have the {IC} tag you may get kicked to make room. No offense! The server costs a lot of money to run and many people have donated to keep it free for everybody. The server balance is at around $250 right now, which means we don’t have enough in the fund for this year (TF2 is $29.95 a month). If you play, PLEASE consider contributing to the server fund. It’s really easy with ClanPay.

Sometimes, the server is 100% full of contributing members; in those cases, be patient and turn on auto-join—slots open up quickly.

Participation in Season Four comes with a new Season Four badge which will be unveiled sometime this season. If you played last season and didn’t get the Season Three badge, make sure to visit that page and click “request”.

The official League games this season will be on Tuesday nights at 10pm EST. That puts the first official game this Tuesday, January 14th, at 10pm EST. See you there!

That tastes nothing like antifreeze. Antifreeze tastes extremely sweet. That's why you should always clean up spilled antifreeze. Animals will be attracted to the sweet taste, if they ingest antifreeze it can cause kidney failure in a matter of hours and death soon after. Always clean up antifreeze leaks as soon as possible.

You can buy Secret Saxtons for 20 cents currently. Same as buying them in-game, upload money to Steam Wallet then purchasing them comes out of your balance.

2. Moms on Mic happened again, Digikid's mom popped in and explained how she cuts sandwiches
3. Digikid dropped about 10 your mom jokes, but was still her total and complete cordial and kind self. At one point the guys convinced her to burp, but she insisted she would have to excuse herself if she did. Amazingly, none of the dick-ass-shit-etc mic talk is not rubbing off on her.
4. Marshmellow, Lincoln, and flipping Benson just tore the house down. These guys were unkillable (at least to me).

7. Lynx actually managed to snag a few gifts

I'm basically having the funnest LoEI yet this season. The generosity, shenanigans, and competitiveness are just what I need once a week.
