See also the post link below, I stuck Microsoft's MSU Alert email in security because it has links to Microsoft's take on this directly in it, the link is to that post. One of the things that eWeek left out, and users might want to know about, is that there is now a killer offered by Microsoft for a Trojan Horse family that Microsoft is calling Backdoor:W32\Berbew. There are eight variants of this trojan that Microsoft's killer can kill. download for the killer is on the newly revised (as of today) download_ject page.

   1) Microsoft can be insecure.
   2) Virus-writers attack the most common platform.
   3) PEOPLE ARE STUPID AND DON'T UPDATE.
   
   I think they're trying to help #3.
