   My only wish is that he'd not settled, and fought it all of the way - then it would have been a glorious victory, and we would all watch a movie about it in a few years.

   A movie would have been AWESOME. That would embarass Microsoft on an unimaginable scale, and might finally have changed the practices of big music, big movies, and big software when it comes to their harassment tactics.
   
   Stupid NDA. Maybe someone else could make an "inspired by" movie.

   15 Sep 2005 ~ 7:46am Private_Snoball Awesome job by this kid, sounds like microsoft bit off more than it wanted to chew there. They could handle it, but damn that's a waste of funds. In Microsofts defence, this is like 1 case out a thousand that was unfair, if they let anything slide it would be everywhere and then everyone would be out trying to do the same. It's a terrible case, but a big business has a lot of enemies, and lots of people who are looking for that one way to bring them down. But still, damn Zamos is a ballsy sumabitch
