“In January 2004, I was at the worst shape of my life. I had horrible eating habits and an extremely unhealthy lifestyle. At the time I weighed in at 305LBS and wore size 46 jeans (no belt needed).

All that changed after a visit to the local mall with my wife. I had seen a shirt that I liked, but unfortunately not even the XXL size fit me. That’s when I decided “ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH”.”
