Lot's of people still use it, the majority of Nero users in fact. But the main reason is simply because there are still problems that need fixing.

However saying that, their last two updates for Nero 6 seem to have taken the software backwards. Things which were once fixed, seem to be broken again. For example the audio playback for NeroVision's DVD menu system.

They should have got it right by now.
