nVidia to buy Hybrid Graphics

nVidia announced that it has agreed to buy Hybrid Graphics, maker of embedded software solutions.

Nvidia intends to keep Hybrid as a separate subsidiary. Hybrid’s graphics software is embedded in the hardware used in handheld devices. Hybrid’s customers include Nokia, Research), Ericsson, Philips Electronics NV, Samsung Corp. and Symbian.
