The US Ninth Circuit tossed out its earlier decision that said Roommates.com was liable for Fair Housing violations by members on its site. A surprising but welcome development.

    16 Oct 2007 ~ 10:38am CB I don't really care about roommates.com, but I'm glad that there wont be a precedent for holding websites liable for things like that. It would make the web a less useful place, in general.
