   Basically summed it up as that it requires a ridiculous amount of work to access the AO content.

   5 Nov 2007 ~ 1:31pm Thrax Hot Coffee issue occurred because Rockstar failed to disclose pornographic material to the ESRB committee, in spite of clauses in the ESRB process that demand "Full disclosure of all material that could affect the rating of a game." The patch for Hot Coffee unlocked hidden, undisclosed material.
   
   In Manhunt 2, Rockstar clearly and concisely censored out all of this violent and/or pornographic material, at the game level. The hack for Manhunt requires a modded PSP, AND requires you to patch the original game on the modded PSP to add content that does not already exist in a hidden state.
   
   As NiGHTS noted, the ESRB agrees with this analysis and has confirmed that Rockstar can have an M rating on Manhunt.
