_k Those kind of results is why i use the Venedetta2 instead of anything else. Also just a side not the fan that comes with the V2 is really close to output that was used in the last test, 81CFM instead of their test 88CFM test. I put this cooler up against the Zalman 9700 and saw the same kind of thing it wins by just a margin but it does and is cheaper.

Qeldroma I really liked this article and how the data was presented- in delta temperatures as opposed to temperature readings. It only leaves one question AFAIC: I've been a big believer in the effect of ambient temperatures on performance mesurements. Perhaps a 3rd axis is in order with 2 data points- warm and cool ambients. I also liked the author's honesty- not all of us have the materials/knowledge on hand and the time/patience to kill lapping questionably constructed heatsinks.

BuddyJ That's a great idea regarding a third axis. Hmm.
