If you’re as excited as I am about Final Fantasy XIII-2 and want to know more about it, Square Enix has released a nice guide that explains some of the new features that can be expected.
Personally, I am really liking the Mog Clock. The improvements to the ATB system are going to be interesting. I think the only thing I question is the Active Time Event and how much of an impact it will have on the game.
I have been a Final Fantasy fan for many, many years and while I know this is still a by-the-book jRPG where it is mostly linear and does not give you that many meaningful choices, I still find Final Fantasy games to be really exciting because I am always looking forward to what kind of world and story they will show us next. Final Fantasy XIII-2 will be available for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on February 3, 2012.
