A very merry Team Fortress 2 update

Soon to be rocket jumping down a chimney near you.

In celebration of the holidays Valve have unveiled the second annual Christmas update—say hello to an Austrialian Christmas.

Well it wouldn’t be Christmas without some presents, and this year’s loot starts with two new Dr. Grordbort class packs; The Brainiac Pack for the engie and The Moonman Pack for everyone’s favourite pyromanic.  In addition to these, the update includes fourteen more community made guns/hats/items and Foundry, a control point map with twelve map-specific achievements to earn. For now the only way for you to get your hands on the new loot is from one of the two crates that have been added—”Nice” crates will provide you with one of the new holiday-themed weapons whereas “naughty” crates will supply a fairy light-wrapped version of a class’s signature weapon. To coincide with the holiday update Valve have also cut the prices on more than fifty Mann Co. store items by up to 75% until January 2nd and doubled the in-game weapon drop rate for the next week.
