Another indie gaming bundle-o-fun was released today from the folks over at the Indie Royale, but what does The Really Big Bundle offer?
First in the lineup is the eponymous Really Big Sky, the procedurally generated, bullet-hell shoot ’em up. With its colourful graphics, engaging gameplay and four player co-op it’s certainly worth trying. Runespell: Overture is next up, described as a fantasy RPG twist on poker (??) it appears to delight in defying the conventional game genres but it’s not a combination that will be to everyones’ taste as the mixed reviews demostrate. Skipping onto the fourth title for now, Eufloria is a deceptively simple strategy game, with a simple goal: grow. Using seedlings you must spread from asteroid to asteroid and colonise them before the other factions in this award-winning indie title. Jumping back to third we find Cthulhu Saves the World, companion of the final title in this particular bundle, Breath of Death VII. Both are retro styled RPG’s with a great sense of humour and oodles of nostaglic charm for anyone old enough to have played a console RPG in less than three dimensions.
All in all it’s another great deal from the Indie Royale, and as always you can grab the bundle as a direct download as well as redeeming it on your preferred digital distribution platform with both Steam and Desura keys included.
