ATI’s new Catalyst 8.12 drivers are out today for 32 and 64-bit XP and Vista systems. The new drivers bring performance improvements across the board and enables Stream processing in the newest cards. Users opting for the full driver package will receive the Avivo video converter which allows the HD 4600-series and higher Radeons to perform video conversion using the GPU as a processor.
