The game was just launched, but that didn’t stop Capcom from announcing the first bit of DLC for Mega Man 10. Classic robot “Bass” can be purchased as a playable character for approximately $2. Bass was a Dr. Wily creation, and was also the protagonist of his own game, “Mega Man and Bass” for the SuperNES. In Japan, Bass is known as Forte.
Bass plays very similarly to Mega Man, with the exception of two key differences: His buster can fire in multiple directions (such as the coveted “up”), and his cannon cannot be charged. He can still absorb the powers from the robot masters just as his rival, the Blue Bomber, can.
Bass will be available on April 5th.
