The popularity of FIFA’s Ultimate Team was more than EA had planned for, resulting in a struggle to support the service. EA has decided that in order to maintain a level playing experience across the board, they will lock players out of the useful web interface during peak hours. However, players are still able to access the Ultimate Team control panel on the console and PC interface in-game. With just a week gone by in FIFA’s Sept 27th release date, FIFA’s rabid fanbase is becoming increasingly impatient with the slow progress of the fix. FIFA’s successful release on PC has helped add to the number of people accessing arguably the game’s best mode.
