Eurogamer has reported, and Icrontic has confirmed, that the PSP Go, which was only launched five days ago, has already undergone a price drop in Europe, from £249.99 to £199.99, as seen at Amazon.co.uk.
Why so soon? By most accounts, the PSP Go was a bit of a failure at launch due to the shockingly high price. Was consumer outcry so bad that Sony had to drop the price so quickly? Can a US price drop be far behind?
