For those already enjoying Monster Hunter Tri on the Nintendo Wii, Capcom has a nice surprise in store for you. It was announced today that players will be able to participate in unique events and arena-based quests.
The quests are available online and only for a limited time. Meant to extend the player experience and replay value of Monster Hunter Tri, the quests will reward participants with the opportunity to hunt new monsters, as well as have a chance to snag rare in-game items. Players will also get opportunities to upgrade their weapons and armor.
New content will be released on a cyclical schedule. They will be available times across a span of time in order to allow players to have multiple chances to participate. The official schedule of event quests will be updated on Capcom’s community site on the first Friday of every month.
