Tomorrow on March 4th, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC gamers will be able to get a taste of the sequel to third-person shooter Just Cause. Promising a rather hefty-sized demo, players will be able to take on an entire multi-stage mission. A video trailer was also released, showcasing the over-the-top nature of the game with a mid-air sabotage of an in-flight fighter aircraft.
The demo will feature an impressive 35 square miles of the Lautan Lama Desert on an island in the Panau archipelago. Within the boundaries of the demo, players will be able to explore and bear witness to towns, villages, military installations, and mountain ranges. The main mission includes traversing said mountains to a guarded military radar station and a rewarding high-speed car chase through the desert for a finale.
The Just Cause 2 demo will be available March 4th, 2010 on the Steam, PlayStation Network, and Xbox LIVE Marketplace. The full game for all three platforms in North America releases March 23rd, 2010.
