LG vies to end Qualcomm ban in US

As we reported here the other day, the US ITC has banned any 3G mobiles with Qualcomm chips due to violations of Broadcom patents. Unfortunately, this blanket ban has had a halo effect on other manufacturers including AT&T and LG, both of whom distributed Qualcomm-containing phones in the states. In light of the ITC’s ruling, LG adds its voice to the growing chorus of companies upset with the ITC. You can read a little more on this at TheInq
